As a highly cost-effective metallic soft magnetic material, iron-based nanocrystalline alloys are composed of iron, silicon, boron, niobium, and copper. Through a specialized crystallization annealing process, an ultra-fine nanocrystalline grain structure of 10–20 nm is formed internally.
